Price
Our rental price for the seaside apartment in Scalea, Italy, varies depending on the season. During the main summer season, which is July and August, the price is 110 EUR per night, and only weekly rentals are available. In June and September, the price is 80 EUR per night, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. In October, Scalea still enjoys nice summer weather with the possibility of swimming in the sea, and during this time, we offer the apartment at a price of 60 EUR per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights. In the winter months, the weather is not favorable for swimming, as it often rains and is very windy. I do not personally recommend stays in December and January. For the Easter holidays, we offer a special stay rate for a minimum of 4 nights at 200 EUR, with each additional night for 50 EUR. In February, March, and April, life in Scalea is pleasant without tourist crowds, but also without swimming, making it an ideal time for trips. Personally, I really like this time in Scalea. During this period, we offer special prices depending on the length of stay and heating needs. All prices are for the entire apartment and include all fees except for the final cleaning, which we charge separately at 50 EUR. Before the stay, we also require a refundable deposit of 150 EUR, which is settled after the apartment is handed over.

Cancellation Fees: Up to 90 days before the start of accommodation 20%, up to 60 days before 30%, up to 30 days before 50%, and less than 30 days 90%.
Deposit: We require a deposit of €150 per stay/apartment, which will be settled within 7 days after the end of the accommodation and the handover of the apartment without any defects.
